About

Alyssa Arney is an independent artist and art curator. Born and raised in Terre Haute, IN, she left home at age 17 to pursue a degree in art in Indianapolis. She graduated from the John Herron School of Art – Indiana University Purdue University – Indianapolis campus in 2011 and received her BFA in printmaking and her minor in art history. She has shown her work primarily in Indiana and California but has had international exposure by selling jewelry and fine art through her Etsy account.

Arney currently resides in Orange County, California with her partner and their cat Black Bean. She is in constant motion developing new works, designing art and poetry projects among friends, artists and family, and developing contemporary art exhibitions.
